Sensory Kits
The Vancouver Christmas Market is proud to be a sensory-inclusive venue. We offer sensory kits, including headphones, sensory rings, and stress toys, available at our Info Hut for guests who may need them. A refundable deposit of $50 is required to borrow a kit, ensuring these resources remain available for everyone who needs them throughout the market.
Service Animals
Properly licensed service animals are warmly welcomed at the Vancouver Christmas Market. To keep everyone safe and comfortable, service animals should stay on a leash or harness and remain by their owner’s side at all times. Our market is full of festive sights, sounds, and delicious smells, so please make sure your service animal feels comfortable in this lively environment. We’re excited to have you and your furry helper join in the holiday fun!
Caregiver
To enhance accessibility and ensure that everyone can enjoy our Market, we offer a caregiver-friendly policy.
When you pre-purchase your ticket, your designated caregiver does not need to pre-purchase a ticket separately. Caregivers can simply present their validation (registered caregiver card or Access 2 card, etc.) at the gate for complimentary entry
