Slow Bottled Sunday is a grassroots condiment movement that transforms truckloads of fresh, whole food into garden-inspired flavors for the entire family. Founded by Nate and Adam, two dads from the Gulf Islands, it addresses their concerns about the current food system. Inspired by a family recipe discovered in his childhood, Nate began crafting fruit ketchup from rescued local produce. These cherished Sunday brunches sparked a passion that led to preserving BC's harvest. Their first product line, featuring “tree-ripened” condiments made from BC-grown fruit, and they are excited to introduce more wholesome condiments for adventurous shoppers. Learn more on their website or on social media, and check them out at the Vancouver Christmas Market!
